It will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an overview of the relevant European funded programs sources of information and helpful indicators to analyze the information about project planning, development and management<\/li>\n<li>partner search strategies<\/li>\n<li>partner roles in project management<\/li>\n<li>project financial management<\/li>\n<li>monitoring of project<\/li>\n<li>evaluation, dissemination and valorization strategies<\/li>\n<li>common problems and how to avoid them<\/li>\n<li>intercultural communication strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Methodology<\/strong><br \/>\nThe course lasts 48 hours and will consist of theoretical and practical activities. The methodology will be based on Integration of theory and practice as well as sharing Expertise and analyzing case studies.
