All participants have to work out questions in the intercultural Project Management to discuss them within the Training Group. Participants will receive Basic informations on Project Management and intercultural communication before the course.<\/p>\n
The Training course Project management for <\/strong>cros– cultural exchange projects in Europe<\/strong> aims to expand the participants\u00b4understanding of executing, developing, planning and Managing European Projects. It will include:
\u2013 an owerview of the relevant European funded programs
\u2013 sources of Information and helpful indicators to analyze the Information about Project planning, development and Management
\u2013 Partner search strategies
\u2013 Partner roles in Project Management
\u2013 Project financial Management
\u2013 Monitoring of Project
\u2013 Evaluation, Dissemination and valorization strategies
\u2013 common Problems and how to avoid them
\u2013 intercultural communication strategies<\/p>\n
The course lasts 48 hours and will consist of theoretical and practical actvities. The methodology will be based on Integration of theory and practice as well as sharing expertices and analyzing case studies. The following methods will be applied:
