Participants will recieve basic information on project management and intercultural communication before the course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><br \/> The Training courseProject Management for Cross-cultural Exchange Projects in Europe aims tp expand the participants\u00b4understanding of executing, developing, planning and Managing European Projects. It will include:<br \/> \u2013 an overview of the relevant European funded programs<br \/> \u2013 sources of Information and helpful indicators to analyze the information about project planning, development and management<br \/> \u2013 partner search strategies<br \/> \u2013 partner roles in project management<br \/> \u2013 project financial management<br \/> \u2013 monitoring of projects<br \/> \u2013 evaluation, dissemination and valorization srtategies<br \/> \u2013 common problems and how to avoid them<br \/> \u2013 intercultural communication strategies<\/p>\n<p><strong>Methodology<\/strong><br \/> The course lasts 48 hours and will consist of theoretical and practical activities. The methodology will be based on Integration of theory and practice as well as sharing Expertise and analyzing case studies. The following methods will be applied:<br \/> \u2013 plenary<br \/> \u2013 discussions in pairs and small Groups<br \/> \u2013 role Plays<br \/> \u2013 interactive poster sessions<br \/> \u2013 workshops<\/p>\n<p><strong>Follow-up<\/strong><br \/> After the course the participants will exchange their Project Management experience on the course platform as well ask questions they are interested in.
