FULL DESCRIPTION OF TRAINING CONTENTS, IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE TRAINING: (EN)
Preparation: participants gather questions about intercultural project management from their everyday professional life in advance. These questions will be discussed together during the seminar. To prepare for the seminar, participants will receive selected literature recommendations and information materials on project management and intercultural communication from the organizer.
Objectives: the course „Networking across Europe: intercultural project management for european school projects“ aims to deepen participants‘ understanding of the development, planning, implementation, and management of European school projects. Participants will receive a comprehensive overview of relevant European funding programs, key information sources, and useful criteria for information analysis. Other key topics of the course include: partner search strategies; allocation of project partner roles; financial management in projects; progress monitoring and milestone control; dissemination and evaluation strategies; problem-solving and prevention strategies for project problems; and intercultural communication methods.
Methodology: the course comprises a total of 35 hours of classroom time and combines theoretical foundations with practical exercises. The focus is on combining specialist knowledge with practical experience. The following methods are used, among others: plenary sessions; discussions in pairs and small groups; workshops; interactive learning formats; digital tools (Canva, task cards, Team Shake, Clarssroomscreen, etc.); and use of an e-learning platform (task cards).
Follow-up: after completing the course, participants have the opportunity to share their project management experiences and further exchange ideas on a specially created online platform („Task Cards“). The international team of trainers from various European countries will be available to participants even after the course if they have any questions or need support.
